Downtown Private Residence - New York, NY Design with The Moderns
A custom-designed one bedroom New York downtown apartment was designed for an individual artist, who had an interest in unique modern detailing with warm materials and colors and sensitive to a tight budget. A design-build solution was implemented with The Moderns to secure a tight construction schedule and flexibility in the entire design process.
Responsibilities on this modest private project included design detailing, material research and sourcing, and furniture/ fixtures/ finishes and equipment specifications.
