In parallel pursuit with building commissions, design consulting and professional collaborations, the studio operates as a think-tank dedicated to high-concept design solutions for a variety of applications related to the fields of real estate development, architecture, technology, environment and construction. An investor pool is currently being generated to address the development of these ideas and fabrication of prototypes.
