Dept. of Environmental Conservation - Upstate NY Design with SWN Architects LLC
The Department of Environmental Conservation’s Education Center at Stony Kill Farm was in need of a new 5,000 square foot assembly space to conduct community outreach and on-site educational programs. As a site listed with the National Register of Historic Places, credence was given to the existing buildings by setting them apart from the new modern assembly building designed under contract with SWN Architects. As project manager of the design team, oversight was given to the programming, schematic design, and design development phases, SHPO approvals and minor LEED support.
